Architectural Specification Master, Full-Version Construction Quality.

For construction use, in a concise document that is easy to edit and produce, done within a day.

The Architectural Spec has 27 Sections and is for full buildings with all exterior and interior materials and components, including hard landscaping detail. It has everything that is in the Interiors Specification.

NOTE: The sample Specification which you can download is created from this Specification Master.

Interiors Specification Master, Full-Version Construction Quality.

For construction use, in a concise document that is easy to edit and produce, done within a day.

The Interiors Master is formatted, ordered and arranged virtually the same as the Architectural Master, but it has 21 Sections and is for interiors jobs only and using it saves a lot of editing time because doing an Interiors Spec from the Architectural Master is more work.

It contains fundamental electrical, mechanical and hydraulic detail in Design & Construct (D&C) format (the Builder takes responsibility for full Subcontractor compliance and performance).
